Get a Library Card
How Do I Apply for a Library Card?
Your library card is your key to the Grantsburg Public Library. It allows you to borrow and reserve materials as well as use our public computers.
To get a card you need to fill out an application form at the library. Children under the age of 15 must have parent's/guardian's signature on the application and on their library cards.
Patron's must present their own library card for computer use or to check out material. Family member cards are not interchangeable. All reserved materials will only be checked out under the library card they were reserved under.
How do I request library material?
Patrons may place their names on a reserve list for any item either in person, by phone, or from a home computer using their card number. The patron will be notified by telephone or email when the materials are available. Patrons have one week to pick up reserved materials. Patrons must present the library card with which the item was reserved.
